Dragon fruit is exotic but not simple and easy to eat. Always when you found a ripened fruit you all have to do is cut the fruit into halves. You can peel the skin easily by hand or remove it by scooping out edible fruit. You do not need extra steps or washing. Cutting fruit in half:

Slice it half:

Get a sharp knife and put fresh fruit on the cutting board. Cut the fruit lengthwise leaving the skin intact. Cut down from the stem separates the fruit into two halves. It will reveal the white editable fruit inside.

Using spoon:

You can use a spoon to separate the skin from the fruit. Slide your spoon between the white fruit and pink skin. Then live the spoon to remove the spoon. An edible part from the skin comes away very easily.

4 quarters of the fruit:

Take a knife and put your fruit on the cutting board. Then cut the fruit half in a vertical way. Make the halves of the fruit flat on the cutting board. To separate from each cut the horizontal way into 4 pieces.
